Langley Glazing Limited requires a Customer Service Assistant:
- Location: Slough, Berkshire
- Duration: 6 month Contract (with possible extension till May 2012
- Working Hours: Preferred Mon-Fri 9am-5pm – but could be negotiable
Trial period and training given
Key duties and responsibilite:
- Answering telephone and responding to customer enquiries
- Greeting and serving customers at our sales counter
- Responding promptly to customer e-mails, calls and visits
- Pricing and preparing estimates for customers
- Contact with suppliers, ordering goods and monitoring their delivery
- Booking customers and liaising with glaziers in order to monitor jobs
- General office duties
Person Specification
- Experience required in a similar area
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Responding promptly to customer e-mails, calls and visits
- Confident and clear telephone manner
- Motivated to resolve customer issues
